But, it is not easy to get that appointment! The League of Women Voters and the National Women's Political Caucus, Greater Pasadena Area chapter, are hosting a training program from 6:30 to 8:30pm on Tuesday evening, March 31st, at the Altadena Library's Community Room, at 600 E. Mariposa Street. Meredith McKenzie, (Altadena Library Board Trustee) will moderate a panel discussion on boards and commissions, and follow with instructions on how to get your application accepted.  Tuition is $25, and some half-tuition scholarships will be available.
